Current Booking Process
At this time, myartist.in helps connect people hiring artists with performers through enquiry forms and direct communication (including WhatsApp). Any advance payments, deposits, cancellation charges or refund terms for a specific event are agreed directly between the person hiring the artist and the artist, and are not currently processed or held by myartist.in.
Cancelling an Enquiry
If you wish to cancel an enquiry submitted through our website before any arrangement has been confirmed with an artist, simply let us or the artist know as soon as possible. No fee applies to withdrawing an enquiry itself.
Cancelling a Confirmed Booking
Where a booking has been confirmed directly with an artist, cancellation terms (including any notice period, applicable charges or forfeited deposits) should be agreed upfront between the parties involved. We encourage both artists and the people hiring them to confirm these details in writing before finalising an event.
Refunds
We do not guarantee fixed refund timelines or amounts, since payments are not currently processed through myartist.in. Once an in-platform payment or booking feature is introduced, this section will be updated with clear timelines and eligibility criteria for refunds.
Disputes
If a disagreement arises between a person hiring an artist and the artist regarding a cancellation or refund, we encourage both parties to resolve it directly and in good faith. You are welcome to reach out to us for general guidance, though we are not able to guarantee a particular outcome.

This Cancellation & Refund Policy may be revised as our services evolve, particularly with the introduction of online payments. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
